Pamela K. Rebarchek, age 65, passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at the Hays Medical Center in Hays, Kansas. She was born on June 11, 1957, in Liberal, Kansas, the daughter of John Booth and LaVerne Rogers Pearson. A resident of Scott City, Kansas, since 1998 moving from Grinnell, Kansas, she was a CNA, waitress, and homemaker.
She was a member of the AQHA and National Cutting Horse Association. Pam loved all animals, especially her cats.
On April 7, 1990, she married Frank Rebarchek in Garden City, Kansas. He survives.
Survivors include her husband Frank Rebarchek of Scott City, Kansas, son Dr. Terrance Hampton of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, daughter Danielle Baughan of Colorado Springs, Colorado, mother LaVerne Pearson Matney of Garden City, Kansas, sister Iris Graham of Salina, Kansas, three brothers, Jack and Teri Person of Meade, Kansas, Jim Pearson of Hominy, Oklahoma, and Jerry and Robin Pearson of Lakin, Kansas.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, father John Pearson, stepfather Fred Mateny, and three brothers-in-law.
Memorial graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 10, 2023 at the Orion Cemetery in Gove County, Kansas with the Rev. Rocky Schmied presiding.
Inurnment will be in the Orion Cemetery in Gove County, Kansas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be written to the Scott City Animal Rescue in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home, P.O. Box 553, Scott City, Kansas.
There will be no visitation times.
