⚽ HHS runs win streak to five with win in Garden City

GARDEN CITY - The Hays High girls soccer team picked up a big road Monday. Arely Maldonado scored three goals and to help lead them to a 4-1 win in Garden City.

The Buffaloes scored the first goal in the 31st minute. HHS answered with the first of Maldonado's goal in the 38 th minute. She would score in the 48th and 78th minute then add an assist on a Kinslee Newell goal in the 79th minute.

Katie Gutierrez had four 4 saves  in goal.

The Indians have won five straight and are now 8-2 overall and 3-1 in the WAC. They travel to Liberal Thursday.
