Phillipsburg resident Lyle D. Rose passed away Jan. 12, 2021, at the
 Phillips County Retirement Center in Phillipsburg at the age of 92.&nbsp; He
 was born July 14, 1928, in Phillips County, the son of August &amp; Eva 
(Addie) Rose.

Survivors include his son David of Phillipsburg; 2 daughters, Sharon 
Kellogg of Andover, KS &amp; Marian Silkman of Hays, KS; his brother 
Russell of Agra; 5 grandchildren &amp; 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Sat., Jan. 16, at 2:00 p.m. in the First 
Christian Church, Phillipsburg, with Pastor LeRoy Herder officiating.&nbsp; 
The service will be streamed live on the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel 
Facebook page.&nbsp; Burial will follow in the West Cedar Cemetery, Phillips 
County.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 Thursday &amp; 9:00 to 9:00 Friday at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel.
