Phillipsburg resident Lyle D. Rose passed away Jan. 12, 2021, at the Phillips County Retirement Center in Phillipsburg at the age of 92.  He was born July 14, 1928, in Phillips County, the son of August & Eva (Addie) Rose.

Survivors include his son David of Phillipsburg; 2 daughters, Sharon Kellogg of Andover, KS & Marian Silkman of Hays, KS; his brother Russell of Agra; 5 grandchildren & 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Sat., Jan. 16, at 2:00 p.m. in the First Christian Church, Phillipsburg, with Pastor LeRoy Herder officiating.  The service will be streamed live on the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel Facebook page.  Burial will follow in the West Cedar Cemetery, Phillips County.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 Thursday & 9:00 to 9:00 Friday at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel.

Memorials may be made to the church.
