Dustin Armbruster, Voice of the Hays High Indians, has called Hays High athletics for 20 years! A multiple Kansas Association of Broadcasters award winner and two-time Sportscaster of the Year, Dustin has also received the prestigious Hod Humiston Award. But the experience listeners hear on game night comes from the work they don’t see—hours spent studying players, career stats, matchups and storylines before he ever turns on the microphone.
Jonathan “JZ” Zweygardt, Voice of the TMP-Marian Monarchs, has been covering local news and sports with Eagle Media since 2011. Also a multiple Kansas Association of Broadcast award winner, JZ makes the broadcast even more local by really getting to know these athletes, the coaches, and their families. He also regularly bringing TMP faculty alongside him for color commentary—adding people who know the school and the program.
