GOVE COUNTY—A Kansas man was injured in an accident just after noon Wednesday in Gove County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 1999 Western Star semi driven by Joshua D. Wolfrum, 31, Gove, was was northbound on Kansas 23 twelve miles south of Gove.
The semi veered left across the southbound lanes of travel, entered the west ditch, struck the embankment and the cab came off the chassis.
EMS transported Wolfrum to the Lane County Hospital in Dighton. He was properly restrained, according to the KHP.
