Calvin Eugene Fowler, 75, died on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at his home in Garden City. He was born on March 8, 1946 in Fredrick, Okla., the son of Claud Albert and Viola Pearl Shelton Fowler.

He has been a resident of Garden City since 1979 and worked in heating and air by owning his own business, Fowler’s Service.

He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.

On Feb. 19, 2005 he was married to Betty Graeff Whitehurst. She survives.

Terry Fowler (Cindy) of Garden City
Cindy Keller of Garden City
15 step-grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, David, Wanda, Morina, Helen, and Patricia.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 19 at Price & Sons Funeral Home of Garden City. The service will be streamed live at Price and Sons Funeral Home webpage and click the live stream tab on the left side of the obituary or click on "LIVESTREAM" starting at 10:55 p.m.

Interment will take place at a later date.
