Each year, Fort Hays State’s Robbins College of Business and Entrepreneurship (RCOBE) recognizes an outstanding faculty member from its four academic departments.

Faculty of the Year honorees for 2023-2024 include:&nbsp;

Dr. Emily Breit, Department of Economics, Finance and Accounting, Dr. Rachel Dolechek, Department of Applied Business Studies, Dr. Anthony Gabel, Department of Management, and Mr. Stephen Schleicher, Department of Informatics.&nbsp;

The selection process is led by the Robbins Ambassador students each year and includes nominations from business students, surveys, and interviews with finalists. The 2023-2024 Robbins Ambassador students were Nathaniel Egan and Braden Schulte.

"I am incredibly grateful for my professors at Fort Hays State University for not only providing top-tier education but for the real-world experience,” Braden said. “At a smaller school like FHSU, the professors genuinely care about you beyond the classroom and go the extra mile to offer advice on internships, prospective jobs, and life in general."&nbsp;
