HaysMed recognized for high standard of care for heart attack patients

HaysMed has received the American College of Cardiology's NCDR Chest Pain - MI Registry Platinum Performance Achievement Award for the fifth year in a row.

Out of all the hospitals in the United States, only 262 have been honored with this award.

The award recognizes HaysMed's dedication and success in providing a higher standard of care for patients who have had a heart attack. It shows that HaysMed has met a challenging goal of treating these patients according to the guidelines and recommendations set by the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association.

To receive the Chest Pain - MI Registry Platinum Performance Achievement Award, HaysMed has consistently achieved high performance in the national registry. They have also met specific performance measures that demonstrate their commitment to improving the quality of care for heart attack patients. This includes a robust quality improvement process using data to drive improvements and overall quality of care provided to heart attack patients.

The award recognizes HaysMed's leadership and dedication to providing excellent patient care and signifies HaysMed's commitment to delivering high-quality cardiovascular care and ensures that patients receive the best possible treatment.

It validates that HaysMed’s healthcare providers consistently treat heart attack patients based on the most up-to-date, science-based guidelines. It also reinforces that HaysMed consistently meets the national standard for understanding and improving the quality, safety, and outcomes of care provided to patients with coronary artery disease, particularly those at high risk of heart attacks.
