GREAT BEND – The TMP-Marian Monarchs were held to six singles and dropped both of their games to Great Bend Tuesday at the Great Bend Sports Complex. The Panthers win game one 11-0 in five innings then took the second game 6-0.
TMP falls to 7-5 on the season. They are off until Monday when they travel to Salina for a doubleheader with Sacred Heart.

Edwin Chavez held the Monarchs to two hits. Great Bend scored two in the first,
five in the third and four in the fifth.
Cade Morgan and Nicholas Herrman had the two singles for the Monarchs.
Morgan allowed nine runs (six earned) on 12 hits with three strikeouts and two walks and took the loss on the mound.
Game 2: Great Bend 6, TMP-Marian 0
The Panthers struck for four runs in the bottom of the first inning and held
off the Monarchs the rest of the way.
TMP was held to four singles from Jace Wentling, Mark Rack, Bryce Conner and Mason Davison.
Starter Mark Rack allowed five runs (two earned) on six hits with two strikeouts and three walks over four innings and took the loss.
