Rita M. Garver, 90, passed away on Dec. 19, 2020, at Salina Regional Medical Center.
She was born August 10, 1930, on the family farm south
of Dresden, Kansas, to Frank Anthony and Elnora (Heim) Kleinsorge. She
attended the country school near her home and the Leoville High School.
She married Dean Shuler and had four sons. She later married Ray Garver in December of 1973.
Survivors include sons: Robert (JoAnn) Shuler, Donald Shuler, and
Ronald Shuler; daughter-in-law, LaKen (Von) Duckworth; stepdaughters,
Debbie Garver and Jessica (Bruce) Rasmussen; grandchildren: Daron
(Paula), Brady (Jason), Lindsey (Jason), Blake (Amanda), Joel, Blaine
(Johnathan), and Colton; great grandchildren; two great great
grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ray; son, David;
daughter-in-law Wanda; brothers: John, George, Leo, Aloysius, Martin,
and Bill Kleinsorge; sisters: Theresa Clardy, Amelia Juenemann and Clara
Heier.
Services will be held at a later date.
