Patricia A. Graves, age 79, formally of Goodland passed away at The Legacy of Herington, Kansas.
Pat was born March 31, 1945 to Herman and Betty (Hensel) Renkema in Forreston, Illinois. She grew up and went to school in Forreston. Pat attended Dodge City Community College and graduated with her Licensed Practical Nursing Degree. On July 24, 1972 she married J. Darel Graves at the First United Methodist Church in Goodland.
Pat worked as a nurse at Goodland Regional Medical Center for many years. She enjoyed caring and taking care of people and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her son Robert (Donna) of Herington, KS, daughters Rita Engling of Ottawa, KS and Robin (Geoff) Kuhn of Hays, KS; granddaughter Cricket Schmidt and grandson Jason Kuhn; and many more family and friends.
Preceding her in death are her parents, husband Darel, and sister Gene Henry.
Memorial service will be Friday, June 28, 2024 at 1 p.m. MT at Bateman Funeral Home, 211 East 11th Street, Goodland.
