Osborne County's Sarver Charitable Trust provides grant to Smoky Hills PBS

BUNKER HILL – The Sarver Charitable Trust of Osborne County  has awarded Smoky Hills PBS with a grant for $2,500.  The grant will support the literacy initiative program of Smoky Hills PBS.

The Smoky Hills PBS literacy leadership program provides the following:

·      Children’s programming on Smoky Hills PBS

·      Book distribution program (First Book Club) that will provide books to preschoolers in Osborne Elementary School

Michael Quade, interim general manager of Smoky Hills PBS said, “At Smoky Hills PBS we are dedicated to educating the youth within our viewing area and we want to thank the Sarver Charitable Trust for partnering with us in this mission.”

The Sarver Charitable Trust was established by Gail Sarver to benefit those living in Osborne County.
