A 31-year-old Hays man was arrested on Oct. 20 on a requested charge of sexual exploitation of a child.

Eric Austin Preston, 31, of Hays, allegedly sent nude photos to a teen younger than 16 using a cell phone, Tim Greenwood, Hays Police Department deputy chief, said.
