After hearing the details during last week's work session, Hays city commissioners will vote on several items that would move forward proposed housing developments and business expansions.
Agenda items for the Nov. 13 meeting include:
• Resolution to create a Reinvestment Housing Incentive District for the former Lincoln Elementary School
• Agreement with Midwest Energy for utilities in the Tallgrass Phase 4 housing development
• Resolution to issue Industrial Revenue Bonds for a 24/7 Travel Store plaza at Interstate 70, Exit 157
• Resolution to issue Industrial Revenue Bonds for Agiliti Hays to expand
• Approval of a Kansas Department of Transportation award and matching city funds for the north side multi-use path construction
• Renewal of employee health insurance for 2026
• Presentation of service awards to city employees
The meeting begins at 4 p.m. in Hays City Hall, 1507 Main.
