HAYS - Hays High split their two matches at their own triangular Tuesday at the Hays High gym. The Indians defeated Nickerson 25-18, 25-19 then lost to Smoky Valley 25-17, 25-15.
Hays High is now 4-3 on the season. They begin WAC play in Dodge City tomorrow.
