Marcia Ann Seirer, 61, passed away on February 5, 2021, at her home in Salina, KS. 

On April 13, 1959, Marcia was born in Hays, KS to her parents Fidelis and Ileen Ruder. She attended Hays High School before going to Barton Community College to get her associate's degree for her ambitions as a Dietary Manager. Marcia cooked for Kennedy Middle School and Good Samaritan. She loved video games, card games and talking with her family.

Marcia was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Geraldine Wittman.

Survivors include her brother, John (Michelle) Ruder of Mulvane; her sister, Melissa (Craig) Irwin of Hays; 2 sons, Brandon Ruder and Shane Seirer of Salina; 7 nephews; 2 nieces; 6 greatnephews; and 11 great nieces.&nbsp;
