Fort Hays State University reported a sexual offense happening on campus but are refusing to release any further details.
FHSU Police Chief Terry Pierce said a report of a sex offense was made on campus on Saturday, Aug. 22. He said an alleged suspect was arrested within 30 minutes of the report. He did not release the requested charges.
He also decline to release the name of the suspect or answer if either the victim or the suspect were FHSU students.
He said the investigation is ongoing.
