Lifelong, Goodland, KS resident Robert “Bob” Anderson Bradshaw Jr., 84, passed away at this home in Goodland on Saturday, July 24, 2021.
Bob was born on July 15, 1937, in Goodland, KS to Robert Anderson and Caroline Alice (Ming) Bradshaw. He attended and graduated school in Goodland . On June 2nd, 1957 he married Velta Marie Farr in Raton New Mexico.
Bob was a lifelong farmer and rancher. He especially had a love for cattle, and was a member of the American Cattle Association. He also loved going to Cripple Creek, Black Hawk and the National Western Stock Show.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Surviving family includes his wife Velta of the home in Goodland, his children Cynthia (Mike) Hoelting of Kansas City, KS, Robin (Mike) Ginther of Overland Park, KS, Rod Bradshaw of Salina, KS and Debbie (Ronnie) Reed of Goodland, KS. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren; Heather (Chris) Handlin, Michael Hoelting, Jr., Clayton Ginther, Ryan (Megan) Bradshaw, Tyler (Katelyn) Bradshaw, Marysa (Justin) McCartney and Austin Bradshaw, as well as 8 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021, at 10:30 AM MT at Koons-Russell Funeral Home in Goodland with Pastor Brent Flanders officiating. Burial will follow in the Goodland Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM MT at Koons-Russell Funeral Home.
