Grow Hays, Inc. announces that David Clingan has been named Associate Executive Director. David currently serves as the Director of Business Retention and Recruitment. In this new role, he will continue to focus on those areas while assuming additional leadership responsibilities.
“David has been a strong contributor to the success that Grow Hays has achieved in the last four years. His ability to develop relationships has been invaluable. In addition, he has managed over $13 million in grant awards received by Grow Hays and leads all economic incentive applications and processes,” said Kris Munsch, 2026 Grow Hays Board Chairman.
“Grow Hays is fortunate to have an outstanding staff, and David exemplifies that. He has been a strong contributor to several successful projects, including the Grow Hays MicroFactory, the recruitment of Chick-fil-A, and is deeply involved in the development of the Hays City Center retail project. His long history in big-box retail operations will serve him very well in this position,” said Doug Williams, executive director of Grow Hays, Inc.
