Randy Walker, chief executive officer of Bank of Hays, announced a series of leadership appointments that strengthen the bank’s executive team and position the organization for continued growth and long‑term success.
Bank of Hays has named Josh Dreher as president and Darla Braun as executive vice president/chief financial officer. Both leaders bring extensive experience in banking, financial management, and community engagement, and will play key roles in guiding the bank’s strategic direction.

In addition to their executive appointments, Dreher, Braun, and Jayne Clarke have been named to the Bank of Hays Board of Directors. Their combined experience in banking, finance, and community leadership will further enhance the board’s ability to guide the bank’s mission and long‑term vision.
