The TMP-Marian Monarchs baseball team remains the top-ranked team in the KABC 2-1A rankings.
The Monarchs opened the season as the No. 1-ranked team. They briefly lost the top spot but have regained the top ranking for a second week in a row.
They have matched their 12-0 start from last season. They host Clay Center on Friday.
Russell/Victoria is ranked No. 7 in Class 3A, and Great Bend is the only other area team ranked this week (No. 10 in Class 5A).
