A Red Flag Warning is in effect again for Tuesday from noon until 9 p.m. for most of western Kansas, including Ellis County.
The National Weather Service in Dodge City is forecasting southwest wind of 30 to 40 miles per hour and gusts up to 50 miles per hour.
The Red Flag Warning means conditions are right for wildfire outbreaks.
