Frances Mae (Laubhan) Wagner, 91, of Russell, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at Homestead Assisted Living in Russell.

A Celebration of Frances’ Life will be held at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary of Russell.  Private family burial will follow services in the St. John Lutheran Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday, December 28, 2020 at Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary. 

 Memorials have been established with the Russell Senior Center or the Russell County Food Pantry.  Contributions and condolences may be sent to Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary, who is in charge of these arrangements.
