WINFIELD - The TMP-Marian boys golf team closed with a 341 in Wednesday's final round in Class 2A State Golf Tournament at Quail Ridge in Winfield and placed fourth with a two-day total of 672. Sacred Heart brought home their 11th straight team title (643), six shots ahead of Syracuse. Hutch-Trinity Catholic placed third (665). Oakley placed fifth (682).
TMP's Chase Drennon shot an 81 in the final round and tied for ninth at 15-over. Mason Rozean closed with a 78 and tied for 14th at 19-over.
Plainville’s Easton Ditter tied for 19th with rounds of 85 and 84.
