Women Who Lead awards 7 $1,000 scholarships

The Women Who Lead of Ellis County has awarded seven $1,000 scholarships for the 2023-24 school year.

Ellis County female students who were planning to attend Fort Hays State University, NCK-Tech or the Hays Academy of Hair Design full-time in 2023-24 could apply for the scholarships.

This year’s winners are

• Jennifer Odom, Hays High School student, will be attending FHSU.

• Haley Rees, Hays High School student will be attending FHSU.

Mars Dunn
Mars Dunn

• Mars Dunn, currently attending FHSU, will be attending FHSU

Allison Campbell
Allison Campbell

• Allison Campbell, Thomas More Prep-Marian student, will be attending NCK-Tech

Marissa Hoffman
Marissa Hoffman

• Marissa Hoffman, currently attending FHSU, will be attending FHSU

Brynn Kinderknecht, Hays High School student, will be attending FHSU

The Women Who Lead's mission is to inspire and empower women to affect change in their community.
