EMPORIA – On Monday, the TMP-Marian girls’ golf team had two individuals qualify for the second day of the 3-1A state tournament at the Emporia Municipal Course.
Brynn Schoepf and Jenna Brull each fired a 22-over opening round and were 21st and 23rd, respectively.
Brull tees off at 10 a.m. Tuesday morning and Schoepf goes at 10:10 a.m.
Ava Schumacher finished 51st and was 31-over and Emma Wasinger finished 64th was 37-over.
The Monarchs finished day one, tied for ninth as a team with 396.
