CLAY CENTER – The TMP-Marian girls’ golf team shot a 217 and finished fifth at the Clay Center Tiger Invitational Thursday at the Clay Center Country Club.
Wamego won the tournament with a 184, three shots ahead of second place Concordia. Salina Central finished third with a 200.
Ella Brummer shot a 48 and was the only Monarch to place, finishing eighth.
Concordia’s Abby Donovan won the nine-hole event with a 37.
