3 NW Kansas teens hospitalized after rollover accident

GOVE COUNTY —Three Kansas teens were injured in an accident just before 8p.m. Tuesday in Gove County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2002 Chevy Silverado driven by Isabella M. Gutierrez-Myers, 17, Scott City, was eastbound on Old US 40 two miles west of Quinter.

The driver lost control when the pickup traveled over some washboard areas in the roadway. The vehicle entered the north ditch and rolled.

EMS transported Gutierrez-Myers and passenger Ryann E. Myers, 15, Park and Aniston L. Dunn, 17, Oakley, to the Gove County Medical Center. Gutierrez-Myers and Dunn were not wearing seat belts, according to the KHP.
