Dianne D. (DeBey) Gasper age 83, of Victoria, Kansas, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at Hays Medical Center, Hays, Kansas. She was born on May 24, 1943, at Beloit, Kansas to Harry and Freda M. (Trower) DeBey.
Dianne was a nurse’s aid and a homemaker. She worked at the Osborne Hospital and the Hadley Hospital for a number of years. She grew up in Downs, Kansas, and was a 1961 graduate of Downs High School. Dianne and her husband Edward moved to Victoria from Logan, Kansas in 1976. She enjoyed her pets, and her flower gardens.
Dianne is survived by her husband, Edward, of the home; her children, Troy Gasper and wife, Amy, Hays, KS; Terry Gasper and wife, Jody, Victoria, KS; Racquel Gerhardt and husband, Frank, Victoria, KS; Tyler Gasper and wife, Stacy, Hutchinson, KS; her grandchildren, Dalton Gasper and wife, Laramie; Dylan Gasper and wife, Blair; Curtis and wife, Shelly; Madisyn Schmitz and husband, Alex; Randall Polifka; Chase Polifka and wife, Carissa; Michelle Gasper; her great grandchildren, Sadie; Allie; Rowan; Reed; Oliver; Layla; Emmett; and Hudson.
Dianne was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Freda DeBey; grandchildren, Craig Allen Gasper; Kaitlyn Gasper; Kendra Gasper; and her great granddaughter, Charlie Amber Gasper.
A Scripture Service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Friday, July 10, 2026, with Reverend Brenda Rodger, Officiating. A private family inurnment will be held at the Downs Cemetery in Downs, Kansas at a later date.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday, at Cline’s-Keithley Mortuary of Hays.
