Sheryl Ann Millam, age 62, of Goodland passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at Longmont United Hospital in Longmont, Colorado.
Sheryl was born May 5, 1959, to Alvin L. and Betty (Smith) Rust in Goodland. She grew up and went to school in Goodland and graduated from Goodland High School in 1977, she attended Hutchinson Community College and received her associate's degree in 1979. She married Mike Millam in Goodland to this union twins were born, Cory and Chris. Sheryl worked at the front desk of Super 8 Hotel for many years. She enjoyed watching TV, her dogs, cooking, and most of all spending time with her family and friends.
Sheryl is preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Betty. She is survived by her sons, Cory of Goodland, KS and Chris of Denver, CO; brother, Gary (Marcy) Rust of Topeka, KS; uncle, Don (Bonnie) Smith of Goodland, KS; niece, Sydney; nephews, Graydon, Landon and Grant; granddogs, Vic and Rivi; cat, Chester; and many more family and friends.
Memorial service will be Friday, March 11, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. MT at Bateman Funeral Home, 211 E 11th Street, Goodland. Private inurnment at the Goodland Cemetery will be at a later date.
