Mary Lynn Cole, 84, passed away July 4, 2021, in Burdett.
She was born April 29, 1937, in Rio Grande Valley, Texas, the daughter of Jeahne Franklin and Minnie Mae Doss Oldham.
A longtime resident of Medicine Lodge, she was of the Southern Baptist faith. She worked with her husband, Fred, as an in-home contractor and was a member of Quilters Club in Medicine Lodge. She enjoyed quilting, cross stitch, reading and gardening.
On June 1, 1990, she married Fred Cole at Medicine Lodge; he preceded her in death on May 1, 2011.
Survivors include: one granddaughter, SonJA (Richard) Foos, Burdett; five great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband; two daughters, Kathy Grimm, DiAnne Hyman-Lee; and three brothers.
Memorial graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday at Isabel Cemetery, Isabel, Kansas with Pastor Tom Walters presiding.
