Noelle 'Frenchie' Fincham

Noelle “Frenchie” Fincham of Hoxie, Kansas, 80, passed away on June 8, 2022, at the Sheridan County Health Complex. Noelle was born Christmas Day, December 25, 1941, in Cannes, France. She grew up in Paris, France as an only child. She attended and graduated from high school. After high school, she attended nursing school in England. After graduating from nursing school, she worked at the American Hospital in Paris. She married and later divorced. Noelle was the mother of three children. Noelle and her children moved to the United States in 1981 and lived in Arizona.

Noelle owned and operated a French Bakery while she and her family lived in Arizona. She was really a jack-of-all trades. She owned a restaurant, did catering, and enjoyed preparing food for friends and family. Her passion was volunteering and saving all animals lives that she possibly could save. She fostered and transported birds, cats, any animal, but she had a love for Blue Heelers.

Noelle is survived by her daughters, Sophie Ozaneaux and Florence Ozaneaux of Hoxie; son, Antoine Ozaneaux of Colorado; grandchildren, Kelian Cheze, Dimitri Cheze; and great- grandchild, Harper Cheze.

A Celebration of Life is planned for Sunday, July 3, 2022, 5:00 P.M. at the home of her daughter, 1124 Sheridan Avenue, Hoxie, Kansas. All are invited to attend and celebrate the life of Noelle. Words of comfort may be left at www.mickeyleopoldfuneral.com.
