Jeneice Rohr, 81, of Walker, passed away Oct. 10, 2021, at Russell Regional Hospital, Russell. She was born June 15, 1940, to Severin and Isabelle (Dechant) Scheck. She married Gilbert F. Rohr on Feb. 8, 1958, in Walker. He preceded her in death June 7, 2015.
Jeneice was a homemaker and a lifelong Walker resident. She was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church and the Christian Mothers, both of Walker.
Survivors include a son, Leland Rohr, Walker; three daughters, Catherine Tidball (Charles), WaKeeney, Cindy Weigel (Duane), Hays, and Pam Bieker, Ellis; sisters Carol McAdoo (Bill) of Russell and Sharon Schoendaller (Wendelin Jr.) of Walker; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three brothers, Gerald, Joseph and Severin, an infant sister, Cindy; son-in-law Allen Garner, and a daughter in law, Shara Rohr.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 15, 2021, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Walker. Burial will follow in the St. Ann’s Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday 9 to 9:30 a.m. and Friday at Cline’s-Keithley Mortuary, 412 Main St., Victoria, KS.
A combined Walker Christian Mothers and Parish Vigil Service will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary.
