Mary C. Armstrong, age 95, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at Legend Senior Living in Topeka, Kansas. She was born on March 5, 1925, in Scott City, Kansas, the daughter of Paul and Zelda Wilson Ruth. Mary was a resident of Scott City, Kansas most of her life before moving to Topeka in 2011 Hutchinson, Kansas. Mary was a homemaker and a wife.

Mary was a member of the First Christian Church and a member of the Scott County Historical Society.

On August 15, 1945, Mary wed Robert Armstrong in Scott City, Kansas. She passed away on October 14, 2013, in Topeka, Kansas.

Survivors include her Two Sons - James & Debbi Armstrong of Edmond, Oklahoma, Dan Armstrong of Topeka, Kansas, Two Daughters - Elizabeth & David Rider of Houston, Texas, Jane & Louis Armstrong Webb of Kennewick, Washington, One Sister - Patsi Graham of Scott City, Kansas, One Grandson - Mitchell & Kelly Armstrong of Wichita, Kansas, Two Granddaughters - Nicole & Jim Presley of Austin, Texas, Jessica Armstrong of Edmond, Oklahoma, One Great Granddaughter - Leighton Presley of Austin, Texas, and Numerous Nieces & Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, February 25, 2021, at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas with pastor Rodney Hopper presiding.  Services will be streamed live on Facebook at Price and Sons Funeral Home page (www.facebook.com/priceandsons) starting at 10:25 a.m.

Interment will be in the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas.
