Donna Leiker - age 76, of Munjor, Kansas, passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at her home.
She was born on November 18, 1947, at LaCrosse, Kansas to Sylvester and Alfreda (Pfeifer) Urban. She married Larry J. Leiker on May 6, 1972, at Hays, Kansas.
Donna retired in 2007 as a secretary from High Plains Mental Health, was a 1965 graduate from Victoria High School, and a member of Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. She enjoyed her vegetable and flower gardening. Her pride and joy was her family and granddaughters.
Donna is survived by her husband, Larry J. Leiker, of the home; her children, Clint Leiker and wife, Amy, Munjor, KS; Mandy Leiker, Munjor, KS; her granddaughters, Katelynn, Kyleigh, Kathleen and Klara Leiker; her brothers, Randy Urban and wife, Debbie, Loretta, KS; Barry Urban and wife, Shelly, Loretta, KS; her sister, Janice Urban, Hays, KS; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sylvester and Alfreda Urban; and her sister, Gloria Lang.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Munjor, Kansas with Celebrant, Father Damian Richards. The burial will be in Saint Francis of Assisi Cemetery Munjor, Kansas.
A vigil service and rosary will be held at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, at Cline’s-Keithley Mortuary of Hays.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, at Cline’s-Keithley Mortuary of Hays and from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
