The Kansas Department of Health and Environment on Friday reported one new COVID-19 case in Ellis County had been identified since Wednesday.

As of Friday, the University of Kansas Health System reported one active COVID-19 inpatient at HaysMed.
Since reporting began, there have been 3,752 cases of COVID-19 identified in Ellis County, including 72 coronavirus-related deaths.
