The mission of the Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center is to heal the trauma of abuse to children and adults through prevention, support, and services.
They are currently seeking the items below for their comfort bags which they give out after each forensic interview.
After every forensic interview, each child receives a backpack filled with comfort items: school supplies, a blanket, a pillow, hygiene products, toys, books, and more. It's a heartfelt bag from caring people’s donations, a reminder that their story matters—and so do they. We are currently seeking items for our comfort bags.
