The Graham County Auto and Art Museum recently traded out five of the cars owned by Stephen Tebo for five other cars.

One of the two feature cars is a 1955 Mercedes 300 SL Gull-wing Coupe.    It was No. 4 in Alice Cooper’s custom automobile collection.

In addition to being personalized by Alice Cooper, this frame off recreation features an all new GM drive train for reliability and serviceability, a 285 HP 5.3L V8 engine, automatic transmission, power steering, four wheel power disc brakes and air conditioning.

Cooper’s personal touches to this vehicle are the fully functional gull-wing doors and two-tone platinum silver and black paint. The custom paint scheme on this vehicle is the reverse of the Dirty Diamonds car, which was the first in this Alice Cooper series of vehicles.
