Greg Anderson, 57, died on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Lane County
Hospital in Dighton. He was born on October 30, 1964, at Dighton the son
of Jackie L. & Fran L. (Kenoyer) Anderson. He married Chelle
Marsteller on February 8, 1992.
Greg graduated from Healy High School in 1983. He attended Fort Hays
State University before going to work for Pilkington Construction. He
moved back to Dighton and worked at Farmers Co-op Elevator, Lane County
Feeders, Sexton at Dighton Memorial Cemetery and currently was an
Equipment Operator for Kansas Department Of Transportation. Greg
enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and always having his pet dogs.
He is survived by his Wife- Chelle Anderson, Mother- Fran Ross of Ellis,
Brother- Harold & Eileen Anderson of Hays, Step-Mother- Yvonne
Anderson of Lincoln, Nebraska, 2 Step-Sisters- LaFonda & Dan Sharp
of Healy and Rhonda & Jeff Koehn of York, Nebraska and Step-Brother-
Byler Sunley of Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was preceded in death
by his Father.
Memorial Service will be at 11:00 AM Thursday at United Methodist Church
in Dighton with Rev Darrin Hammond officiating. There will be a
private family burial at Dighton Memorial Cemetery. Memorials are
suggested to the Greg Anderson Memorial Fund in care of Boomhower
