Donna Blatcher

Donna Blatcher, 71, Salina, KS passed away Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2021, as a result of multiple health issues.

Donna was born on Oct. 11, 1949, in Stockton, KS to the late Lester and Vera Rudman. She graduated from Palco High School in 1967.

She was married to the love of her life the late Grady Blatcher on Sept. 7, 1976, in Windsor, CO where they lived until moving to Salina in 1994.

She loved being a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister and Aunt. She loved her family more than life. She was also an avid board member and coach for the SCARC "Blue Thunder"  Special Olympics team for several years and cherished every moment.

Donna is survived by her two daughters, Amanda Blatcher (Aaron), and Kristen Blatcher of Salina, two grandchildren, Shauna Blatcher (Matt) and Dustyn McKee (MyKyla), six great-grandchildren, Cayden English, Brycen English, Aleeya English, Alayna English, Ezra Brown and Brayden McKee, also brothers, Bob (Linda) Rudman, Kent (Barb) Rudman, Mike (Patty) Rudman, Rod (Jane) Rudman, Ronnie (Pam) Rudman and sister, Cathy (Mort) Sherfick and also several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Blatcher, parents, Lester and Vera Rudman, brother, Dan Rudman and sister, Patty Williams.

Donna will forever be missed but always in our hearts.

Memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 2, at Ryan Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Amanda Blatcher to help with final expenses, care of Ryan Mortuary.
