Vicki Ann Cooper, 67, passed away August 28, 2020 in Hill City, Kansas. She was born in Quinter, Kansas March 25, 1953 to Howard and Marjorie (Hockman) Richards. 

Survivors are: husband Roy of the home; daughters: Mandy Williams, Stockton, Shanell Cooper, Hill City and Michelle Cooper, Shawnee; nine grandchildren; sisters: Connie Conley and Glenda Nickelson, and brother Lawrence Richards.
