"Thursday is expected to be one of the nicest days of the year," the National Weather Service said in a tweet today. "Get outside!"
After a Thursday with temperatures in the mid-70s and light winds, however, the chance of rain and thunderstorms returns early Saturday morning.
There is a 40 percent chance of showers or thunderstorms beginning after 1 a.m. Saturday. More rain is possible Saturday afternoon, continuing through Saturday evening.
There is a 20 percent to 40 percent chance of additional showers or thunderstorms Sunday through Tuesday.
