M. June Wick, 90, died on Friday, January 22, 2021, in Arvada, Colorado.
She was born on February 25, 1930, in Lane County the daughter of Joseph
Earl & Jennie Pearl (Torson) McGowan. She married Howard D. Wick
on October 17, 1948, at Dighton. He died on October 29, 2017.
June graduated from Dighton High School in 1948. She was a lifelong
Dighton resident. She assisted her husband in the operating of Wick
Grain, handling grain, feed and fertilizer. She was a member of First
Christian Church of Dighton and Country Quilters.
She is survived by her Son- Daniel R. & Darnel Wick of Dighton,
Daughter- Jendee Wick of Arvada, Colorado, 5 Grandchildren and 9
Great-Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her Husband, Parents, 2
Brothers- and 2 Sisters
Funeral Service will be at 2:00 PM Saturday at First Christian Church
with Pastor Steve Payne officiating. Burial will be in Dighton Memorial
Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to First Christian Church in care of
Boomhower Funeral Home. Friends may call from Noon to 8:00 PM Friday
