Don’t forget this Saturday is the Annual Jim Thoman Halloween Parade in downtown Russell.
Line-up begins at 10:15 a.m. at 9th and Main. Parade begins at 10:30 a.m. Parade ends in the south parking lot of the courthouse.
Several businesses will have goodies after and Post Rock Family Services, Inc. will have their annual trunk or treat at the courthouse.
