A Hays man was arrested for allegedly exposing himself to a woman and a child from inside his home.
According to Hays Police Chief Don Scheibler, officers responded to a call on Feb. 1 of a man allegedly exposing himself in front of a woman and a 3-year-old child.
Scheibler said the woman drove away with her child after witnessing 31-year-old Ryan Shae Gager at his window, who was later arrested that same day.
Gager was arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior and booked into Ellis County Jail.
