DECATUR COUNTY—Four people were injured in an accident just before 11:30a.m. Tuesday in Decatur County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2021 Starcraft ST93109 driven by Audra Diane Solko, 67, Oberlin, was crossing the road southbound from a private drive at the Intersection of U.S. 36 and U.S. 83. The driver failed to yield. A westbound Nissan passenger van driven by Adam L. Rupp, 45, Morton, Illinois, struck the Starcraft in the intersection.
EMS transported Solko to Nebraska Medical Center. EMS transported a passenger in the RV Kelly G. Hayes, 54, Oberlin, Rupp and a passenger in the Nissan Breanna L.Eddings, 32, South Pekin, Illinois, to the Decatur County Hospital.
