RUSSELL COUNTY—A Kansas Highway Patrol Trooper foound trashed dumped on Interstate 70 by Gorham in Russell County on Friday, according to a social media report from Trooper Tod.

"If you see someone using our state as a dumpster, we would love a call at *47. A tag and vehicle description would be much appreciated."
