Co-authors Dr. Angela Pool-Funai, Ellis, and Dr. Tony E. Summers, Silver Springs, MD, proudly unveil their pioneering publication, which brings the transformative power of reflective thought from academia into the public sector.

Pool-Funai, a respected figure in public administration education, serves as the assistant provost for academic programs and dean of the graduate school and office of scholarship and sponsored projects at Fort Hays State University. Joining her is Summers, the retired chief executive officer of the University of the District of Columbia Community College and a veteran in the field of adult learning and higher education.

"The Reflective Administrator: A Leader-Centered Focus" provides an enriching guide, melding theory with practice, that promises to be indispensable for public sector professionals, corporate leaders, and students alike. The book journeys from foundational overviews of reflective thought theory to practical applications, providing readers with essential takeaways to implement in their professional and academic lives.

This publication’s unique approach has garnered high praise from educators and professionals alike.
