Beginning Monday, November 1, 16th Street in Hays will be closed to through traffic between Oak Street and Pine Street for reconstruction. 

This work will take several weeks to complete.

All vehicles parked on the east half of 16th Street between Pine and Oak must be removed by 8:00 a.m. on November 1.
