MISSION – Casey’s General Stores is kicking off a giving campaign to support Special Olympics athletes and Unified partners across its 16-state footprint.
From March 31 to April 15, Casey’s guests can round up their purchases to provide funding for the Special Olympics athletic, health, school, and leadership programs that positively impact the lives of thousands of athletes and Unified partners each year.
“Casey’s is proud to support Special Olympics Kansas through this campaign and encourage our guests to stop in and round up their purchase to support these outstanding athletes,” said Katie Petru, director of community at Casey’s.
“We could not be more grateful for this partnership with Casey’s General Stores,” said John Lair, Special Olympics Kansas President/CEO. "Their efforts help ensure sports and competition for over 4,000 Special Olympics athletes in Kansas, and we cannot thank them and their customers enough.”
In 2019, Casey’s General Stores, in partnership with Coca-Cola, raised over $2.2 million for Special Olympics.
